Our venue consists of a flexible 110m² of indoor space and a 60m² balcony with panoramic views of Rose Bay, providing a flexible canvas for your event. Whether you’re hosting a corporate conference, intimate dinner, or vibrant party, we can accommodate your needs.
With options for cocktail events with high bar and stools, round dining table and rectangular dining table options.
We have a collection of professional preferred suppliers we can recommend to provide all your additional requirements such as event planners, stylists, caterers, music, and AV.

Host rules
* If alcohol is to be consumed at the event, you must use the services of external caterers or bar suppliers who are licensed to supply and serve alcohol.
* Security guards are required for all bookings after 6pm with 1 x guard required for up to 50 attendees, and 2 x guards for up to 100 attendees; security is required 30-minutes prior to the event commencing and 30-minutes after the event concludes with minimum booking of 4 hours.
* Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere within Woollahra Sailing Club, including outdoor areas.
* The event space is located on level 3 of the sailing club with access via stairs only.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
