About this space

Stanley Street Gallery is a hidden gem in the heart of Sydney, beautifully appointed, this versatile blank canvas promises to wow guests. Entering from Stanley Street with its many bars and restaurants the first small gallery opens onto a larger gallery which flows seamlessly into a beautiful courtyard and garden with a stunning sandstone fountain.

The venue comfortably accommodates 80 people for a stand-up event and around 20 for a sit-down dinner. There is a kitchenette in the rear office so catering needs to be prepared off-site.

FAQ

Yes. Trestle tables and white plastic chairs are available as an additional hire.

No. AV equipment must be provided by the hirer, although ceiling and courtyard speakers can be connected to a Bluetooth device.

The ceiling-mounted steel cables can accommodate works up to 30kg, and displayed works must have D-rings installed. Hanging and installation can take time, particularly when lighting works, so additional hire time may be needed.
