About this space
The gallery includes high ceilings with natural light. The gallery space is 120 sqm with lighting tracks. There are two bathrooms and useable kitchen. There are also 2 portable tables available along with a few chairs.
This space is able to accommodate up to 50 guests. If you are looking to host meetings or photo shoots, then this space will be perfect for you.
$200 cash upfront deposit. It refundable after the event without any damages.
$100 deduction from deposit for cleaning if space not returned to the same condition. Facilities for self cleaning can be available upon request.

-Rental deposit is non-refundable.
-Full rental amount must paid two weeks before the event.
-Cleaning Deposit: $200 cash refundable (deposit payment before the event and refund after the event).

Host rules
Lessee responsibilities for exhibitions:
1) You are responsible for hiring your own installer, or a $100 per hour fee from the gallery for installation.
2) Additional holes on the wall to be patched before the end of the venue hire time.
3) Bring your own paper towels for drying hands and a garbage bag for rubbish.
4) The rubbish cannot be placed in the bins downstairs, it must be removed from premises.
5) The air conditioner and all the lights (including toilet) must be turned off after use.
6) Return the venue to clean condition, or a $100 cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit.
7) Must ensure leave the venue on time, no later than 15mins after the end of the booking (send text us to confirm).
Gallery responsibilities for exhibitions:
1) Gallery will provide basic installation kit (ladder, drills, leveler, screwdriver, pliers, and stable gun).
2) Gallery will direct lighting tracks (for safety issues).
3) Gallery will provide internet connection.
4) Gallery can provide professional advice for exhibition design.
General rules:
1) No smoking inside the building.
2) Serving alcohol is your own responsibility.
3) Any hired services must organised by the lessee. It is up to the lessee to be present receiving, setting up, and packing up.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
