About this space
The gallery includes high ceilings with natural light. The gallery space is 120 sqm with lighting tracks. There are two bathrooms and useable kitchen. There are also 2 portable tables available along with a few chairs.
This space is able to accommodate up to 50 guests. If you are looking to host meetings or photo shoots, then this space will be perfect for you.
$200 cash upfront deposit. It refundable after the event without any damages.
$100 deduction from deposit for cleaning if space not returned to the same condition. Facilities for self cleaning can be available upon request.

Venue Hire Terms & Conditions
A $200 security deposit is required prior to the commencement of the venue hire. This deposit will be refunded following the event, subject to the venue being returned in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
Lessee Responsibilities (Exhibitions):
1. The lessee is responsible for arranging their own installer. Alternatively, installation services can be provided by the gallery at a rate of $100 per hour.
2. Any additional holes made in the walls must be properly repaired prior to the conclusion of the hire period.
3. The lessee must supply their own consumables, including paper towels and garbage bags.
4. All rubbish must be removed from the premises. Disposal in the building’s downstairs bins is not permitted.
5. All lights, including those in the restroom, and the air conditioning must be switched off after use.
6. The venue must be returned in a clean and orderly condition. Failing this, a $200 cleaning and damage fee will be deducted from the deposit.
7. The lessee must vacate the premises no later than 15 minutes after the booking end time and confirm departure via text message. An additional fee of $100 will apply for any overstay beyond the 15-minute grace period, charged on an hourly basis (or part thereof).
Gallery Responsibilities (Exhibitions):
1. The gallery will provide a basic installation toolkit, including a ladder, drill, level, screwdriver, pliers, and staple gun.
2. The gallery will assist with the direction and adjustment of lighting tracks for safety purposes.
3. Internet access will be provided.
4. The gallery is available to offer professional advice on exhibition design.
General Conditions:
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
2. The service of alcohol is the sole responsibility of the lessee.
3. Any third-party services must be arranged by the lessee, who must also be present for delivery, setup, and pack-down.
