Playa is our stunning alfresco outdoor terrace, the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere. Surrounded by lush cactus gardens, cozy couches, umbrellas, and cocktail tables, it’s the ideal place for mingling, socialising, and soaking up the relaxed outdoor setting. If you’re looking to elevate your experience, we offer the option to add a pop-up bar to your space, providing direct access to drinks and service. At just $50 per hour (minimum of 3 hours), it’s an easy way to keep the good times flowing for your guests.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

ENTERTAINMENT (EXCLUSIVE HIRE)
Four Hundred’s resident DJs will happily entertain you and your guests. Prices may vary and are at your own cost. Alternatively, we welcome you to invite your own DJ, who will have full access to our equipment. Microphone free of charge, DJ Equipment Hire $100. Live music and bands are permitted. Bands must supply all their own equipment, and performance is only suitable when a function has exclusive use of the area. Any extra audio-visual equipment will be at the client’s cost, unless prior arrangement has been made. All equipment must be returned in the same condition at the end of a function or an extra fee will be charged. Any additional equipment required for your event can be organised with our events team, additional costs may apply.

SECURITY
Professional security guards are present from Thursday to Saturday. Depending on the nature of the event Four Hundred may require you to have additional security presence. Please note that you can also request additional security guards or door hosts provided by Four Hundred. This may come at an additional cost to the client.

PARKING
Off street parking available, please enquire for more info. Free parking available at the Greenwood Plaza Wilsons Carpark after 4pm upon validation of ticket by a staff member.

BIRTHDAYS
A minimum of $30pp food spend is required for 21st Birthdays. Four Hundred is unable to host 18th, 19th and 20th Birthday celebrations.

Jess and the team at Four Hundred were absolutely amazing, they made arranging our engagement party such a simple process. We originally booked the outdoor section of the venue but the weather on the day meant we had to move inside, which ended up being so much nicer and created a great atmosphere for the day. We can’t recommend Jess and the team at the Four Hundred enough, they made our engagement party so easy to plan on short notice and created such an amazing memorable engagement party for us. FAQ

Yes. Vista is the venue’s largest and most private area, making it a great option for something a little more exclusive.

Yes, you would be able to have a DJ outside.

Yes. Up to five outdoor umbrellas are available to provide shade.

You are welcome to decorate the space however you like, but confetti is not permitted in the venue.

The outdoor area includes cocktail tables, couches and low dining chairs on request. A couple of high tables can also be incorporated, subject to availability with other functions or bookings.
