With its own exclusive private bar, Vista offers a stylish mix of high and low style furniture, a high canopy ceiling and large windows drawing in natural sunlight - emanating Tulum vibes - perfect for anything from a casual cocktail and canapé gathering, to a sit-down banquet function with our Fiesta Feast share-style menu.
It’s fully equipped with everything you need to take your event to the next level, including a roaming TV, DJ setup, microphone, and speakers—your go-to space for a great time, every time.

Transport your guests to the vibrant streets of Tulum with our chef’s selection cocktail-style canapé package, featuring a delicious mix of 7 semi-substantial bites — including premium meat, seafood, and vegetarian options. Kick things off with shared arrival platters loaded with crowd-pleasers like fresh guacamole, crispy calamari, and cheesy quesadillas.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
ENTERTAINMENT (EXCLUSIVE HIRE)
Four Hundred’s resident DJs will happily entertain you and your guests. Prices may vary and are at your own cost. Alternatively, we welcome you to invite your own DJ, who will have full access to our equipment. Microphone free of charge, DJ Equipment Hire $100. Live music and bands are permitted. Bands must supply all their own equipment, and performance is only suitable when a function has exclusive use of the area. Any extra audio-visual equipment will be at the client’s cost, unless prior arrangement has been made. All equipment must be returned in the same condition at the end of a function or an extra fee will be charged. Any additional equipment required for your event can be organised with our events team, additional costs may apply.
SECURITY
Professional security guards are present from Thursday to Saturday. Depending on the nature of the event Four Hundred may require you to have additional security presence. Please note that you can also request additional security guards or door hosts provided by Four Hundred. This may come at an additional cost to the client.
PARKING
Off street parking available, please enquire for more info. Free parking available at the Greenwood Plaza Wilsons Carpark after 4pm upon validation of ticket by a staff member.
BIRTHDAYS
A minimum of $30pp food spend is required for 21st Birthdays. Four Hundred is unable to host 18th, 19th and 20th Birthday celebrations.
