About this space
Studio 2 is well- lit and spacious room, with an open floor plan. It’s full of natural light, which makes training there even more pleasurable. It is equipped with its own air-conditioning unit, up to celling mirrors, high ceilings, and a sound system.
Location of our studio is very convenient- suburbs of Annandale along Parramatta Road, which make the acces to it easy and fast. You can take a bus or walk.

Host rules
-All bookings must be paid prior to using the studio.
-You cannot transfer, modify or cancel your booking within 48 hours of your booking.
-Our studio is open to the public from 1.00pm to 9.30pm, Mon-Fri. If you require a booking outside these hours (earliest booking is 9am, latest booking is 10.30pm) and/or on weekends, our studio manager will organize a studio key for you to access the premises.
-As a tenant, you are 100% responsible for leaving the studio the way it was when you entered (clean & tidy).
- We cannot accept bookings for Tap Dancing, Flamenco and Irish Dancing, due to damage caused to the floors and the noise affecting the neighbouring businesses.
- If your booking requires very LOUD non-stop music for the hour (such as some aerobics/Zumba classes), or if you need complete quiteness (yoga & pilates), you may book for both studios at the same time.
- For functions and events in the evening, we request the client to come to the venue for an interview

About Tropical Soul Dance Studio
Tropical Soul Dance Studio is a bright, brand-new, state-of-the-art dance studio conveniently located in Annandale along Parramatta Road with lots of street parking. Perfect for casting, theatre rehearsals, dance training, team building activities, and much more.
Our space comprises of 4 individual studios of varying sizes that can accommodate between 10 - 55 people. Each has a large open floor plan, an air-conditioning unit, large mirrors, and its own sound system.
Our studios are available for hire 7 days a week from 9.00 am onwards. Peak hours and rates apply between 6.00 pm and 10.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays.
PLEASE NOTE: our venue is for dancers, artists and creative professionals. If you want to book for a party, then we ask you to come and have an interview with us first.
