• No pets allowed, registered service animals excepted. If pet hair and waste is found, an additional fee will be charged
• Please remove your shoes at the door. Indoors, please ensure you are either barefoot or wearing socks or indoor slippers
• Quiet hours after 9pm
• Approved private events such as dinners, baby showers, birthdays and corporate functions are welcome. However, nightclub-style parties, drinking parties, rave-style events and large unsupervised house parties are not permitted. Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour and overcrowding are strictly prohibited
• The apartment entry door must remain closed while cooking. Cooking fumes entering the corridor can activate the building's fire alarm system and cause a fire department response. Guests may be liable for any false alarm call-out fees incurred
• Please immediately inform us if an item has been broken or damaged
