General House Rules:
1. No smoking indoors. If you must smoke, please do so on the balcony/deck/2nd floor terrace with the balcony doors closed behind you, and dispose of the cigarette butts appropriately in a dustbin/rubbish bag. Do not throw cigarette butts off the balcony or out of the window, or litter them on the balcony/terrace floor.
2. No pets allowed, registered service animals excepted. If pet hair and waste is found, an additional fee will be charged.
3. Please remove your shoes at the door. Indoors, please ensure you are either barefoot or wearing socks or indoor slippers.
4. Quiet hours after 9pm.
5. Approved private events such as dinners, baby showers, birthdays and corporate functions are welcome. However, nightclub-style parties, drinking parties, rave-style events and large unsupervised house parties are not permitted. Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour and overcrowding are strictly prohibited.
6. The apartment entry door must remain closed while cooking. Cooking fumes entering the corridor can activate the building's fire alarm system and cause a fire department response. Guests may be liable for any false alarm call-out fees incurred.
7. Please immediately inform us if an item has been broken or damaged.
