Overlooking the stunning views of South Yarra, the Pelaco function space at Mt View Hotel is ideal for those warm, sunny days with its inviting open-air layout. Perfect for your next event, this space offers a unique blend of outdoor ambiance and functional versatility.
Please note that due to its open-air design, the Pelaco space is subject to weather conditions. However, it shares convenient access to our rooftop bar and unisex bathrooms, ensuring your guests' comfort and enjoyment.
The Pelaco space can be privatized with a closing glass door, making it a highly sought-after venue for private functions. In compliance with liquor laws and noise ordinances, this area must be vacated by 11:30pm. However, our rooftop bar remains open, and groups wishing to continue their celebrations can easily move to another area within the venue.

Prices
To ensure we can provide the highest quality service and amenities, we do maintain a minimum spend requirement. This requirement varies based on the date of your event.
Our peak season in November and December features a slightly higher minimum spend due to increased demand during the festive period.

Host rules
- Smoking/vaping inside is prohibited.
- No alcohol allowed out the front of the venue after 11pm
- Take away liquor is available until 11pm
- No outside catering, all done in house. With the exception of desserts such as cakes
- Those under the age of 18, are allowed in venue until the kitchen closes
