• Respect the space: Please treat the venue, furniture, fittings and equipment with care. The hirer is responsible for damage caused by their guests or suppliers.
• Access: Access is limited to the agreed hire areas and times. Staff-only areas, offices, storage rooms and the kitchen are off-limits unless agreed in advance.
• Set-up and pack-down: Your booking time includes set-up and pack-down. Please ensure all guests and suppliers have departed by the agreed finish time.
• Noise: Please keep noise at a reasonable level and be considerate of nearby residents and businesses. DJs, live music and amplified entertainment require prior written approval.
• Alcohol: Alcohol service must be agreed in advance and comply with applicable Victorian liquor licensing requirements. BYO alcohol is not permitted without written approval.
• Catering: External caterers must be approved before the event. Kitchen access, cooking equipment and café stock.
