About this space

Courtyard — Private outdoor space at Auction Rooms Cafe, an enclosed courtyard framed by tall, weathered brick walls that creates a secluded outdoor room.

Design: The courtyard shows an industrial‑garden aesthetic: weathered brick surfaces, mature climbing plants, steel‑framed glazing and tubular pendant lights that admit filtered daylight into tall, narrow proportions.

Features: The courtyard has an in‑place PA system and allows hosts to play their own music. The courtyard provides Wi‑Fi, step‑free access and nearby accessible toilets, and can be arranged with café‑style tables and benches for informal dining or mingling.

Ideal for: Small social groups seeking a relaxed, informal seated lunch or a standing reception in a sheltered outdoor setting.

What guests say: The courtyard is sunlit and serene, creating a calm, comfortable atmosphere appreciated as a quieter back area compared with the main dining room.
