• No smoking or vaping inside the studio.
• Outside catering and food are permitted.
• Alcohol is permitted for appropriate events, subject to responsible service and any applicable licensing requirements.
• Furniture may be moved with prior approval and must be returned to its original position after the booking.
• No permanent alterations, drilling, painting or fixing items to walls without prior approval.
• Decorations are welcome, however confetti, glitter, open flames and anything that may damage surfaces or furnishings are not permitted.
• Guests must respect all furniture, artwork, samples, equipment and finishes within the studio.
• The private room may be used where included in the booking; any areas identified as staff-only must remain closed.
• Music is permitted at a reasonable level and guests must be considerate of neighbouring properties and businesses.
• Setup and pack-down must take place within the booked time unless otherwise arranged.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Pets are permitted only with prior approval.
• The studio must be left tidy, with all rubbish placed in the designated bins.
• Any damage or breakages must be reported to the host immediately.
