About this space

The Function Room at The Sporting Globe Richmond is a private function space inside the sports bar, characterised by a contemporary, adaptable interior suited to group activity.

Design: The room pairs timber floors and warm wood panelling with black metal columns and a neutral palette. The ceiling is defined by linear LED fixtures and suspended planter boxes that create a low, contemporary interior plane.

Features: The Function Room provides several wall-mounted screens and electronic dart lanes alongside a built-in PA system and speakers. The space includes venue Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and the option to play your own music or bring a DJ. The layout features high tables and stools plus an open floor area, and the room is step-free with wheelchair-accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Social groups seeking a relaxed, entertainment-led gathering that combines standing and seated layouts.
