The Bayview Room is a function room located on the first floor of the hotel.
The room has its own private bar, & private terrace with the most incredible views across the Bay.
The space is open, light filled and airy, it has access to its own private terrace which over looks the stunning beach & Port phillip Bay.
The space can accommodate upto 150 seated (with dancefloor) and up to 180 with no dancefloor. The room can accommodate up to 250 cocktail.
The space has AV including drop down screen and projector, wireless mic, wifi, in house nightlife music system. AUX connection and ability to host a Dj or band.

The view, the faclilites are superb.
Undercatering! Clear miscommunication between the venue manager and a chef. Poor excuse from chef that the venue ran out of bread which resulted in shortage of lunch sandwiches. This is based on fact that the booking was made on time by 3pm a week prior as per the venue requirements. Fruits were also "forgotten" to be catered for 46 people at lunch. Once this was noted to the catering staff, it was rectified in full compensation of fish & chips for everyone and a variety of fruits platters were brought. Also alcohol drinks were suggested to be negotiated with the venue manager for everyone but unfortunately we couldn't proceed with this offer due to function relating to business.

We want to thank Tiana and the team for looking after us on our wedding day. From start to finish everything was seamless and enjoyable! Our guests commented on how wonderful the staff were (very friendly, comfortable and attentive). The attention to detail was noticed and we can’t thank you enough for helping us celebrate our special day!
About Brighton Beach Hotel
Brighton Beach Hotel is located in one of the oldest buildings in Melbourne as it was established in the 1840s.
The venue contains a 130 seat bistro with stunning bay view, our new refurbed beer garden, private rooms including the stunning Bayview room and the Brighton Esplanade room.
Our venue has heritage feel with stunning features not often found in modern venues, the spaces are open with stunning Bay views, the bayview has a private outside terrace as well as its own private bridal suite.
All rooms has audio visual including drop down screens and projectors, wifi, and wireless mics, as well as in house nightlife music system. You can also arrange your own private live entertainment including bands, Djs etc. We also have a seperate newly renovated bridal suite for you and your bridal party to enjoy.
We are located opposite the famous Brighton beach, our award winning event manager can help and guide you with options for your ceremony including beach and garden options located directly across the road.
