About this space

Ground Floor Exclusive is an Event Space in Ballers Clubhouse Carlton. The space is a ground-floor social area centred on interactive play and group activities.

Design: The interior is industrial and two-level, featuring high ceilings, a metal staircase and bold wall graphics. The finishes include polished dark floors, patterned seating and neon-accent lighting that create clear sightlines between play areas and seating.

Features: The space provides a variety of on-site games, including shuffleboard, sensor-activated darts, ping pong, ballpit karaoke and pool. The area benefits from natural light and air conditioning and includes wheelchair access and accessible toilets. The venue supplies food and drink service for events and staff can assist with running activities.

Ideal for: Friend groups and work teams seeking a relaxed, social, activity-led gathering that mixes standing and seated time.

What sets it apart: A built-in sound and DJ-ready infrastructure allows music-led hires and private DJ sets.

What guests say: The space is lively without feeling chaotic and the games are well maintained and easy to jump into. The staff are friendly and accommodating, though game bookings and occasional wait times have required extra organisation.
