About this space
Our photography room is a soundproofed and acoustically treated space.
It features a lounge area, lockable doors and privacy screen. Our 3 x 6m corner cyclorama is the main work area of the room. The room also features ample power circuits, audio lines to connect with the recording studio or have music playing.
Clients can also access the communal areas including kitchen, toilets, courtyards and indoor hangout spaces.
Prices
Our photography prices are
Full Day (8 hrs) - $600 (Inc GST)
Half Day (4 hrs) - $350 (Inc GST)
Damage & Paint
Damage repairs for cyclorama - Starting from $100
Fresh white paint for cyclorama - $80
Our cyclorama is kept in an undamaged condition. We will make sure it is free of holes or cracks upon hiring. Scuffs and light marks from shoes etc on the floor may be present. If you would like a freshly painted and flawless cyclorama the above cost for repainting will be charged. We will keep the walls and curves free of any marks for all bookings.
If, during your booking the cyclorama is damaged with cracks, holes or any markings considered beyond normal wear and tear we will charge repair costs.

-Lily Street does not allow smoking in private hirable spaces, we have indoor and outdoor spaces for smoking and drinking. (outdoor only smoking)
-We are an inclusive organisation. We accept all peoples. Any discriminatory or hurtful behaviour towards anyone else will not be tolerated.
