The photographic "looks" of this space offer a minimal interior design. It features a neutral environment with white panel walls, besser block walls, a concrete floor, and glass doors. The compact kitchen is equipped with a stone benchtop, and there's a wet room that includes a shower, a hand basin, and a combination of white and terrazzo tiling.
You'll also find a versatile living room or bedroom with a peaked ceiling and skylights, along with a study area featuring a long benchtop. The laundry area is well-appointed with base and wall cabinets and a benchtop.
The overall ambiance of this space provides a laneway "street" look, complete with bluestone paving. Additionally, there's a luscious garden.
Ground floor boasts a versatile creative space with concrete floors, white wooden panel walls / ceiling, and a feature Besser brick wall. Large white aluminium glass stacker doors open out into the luscious garden, featuring a large canopy tree. Trestles tables, wooden bench seats, floor rugs, seat pads available and easily customised for your specific needs.
Upstairs features a peaked ceiling, sloping wall, large & ceiling windows (all with block out blinds if required) It's a bright, light filled space with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and desk area. Glasses, water carafes, tea & coffee included.

Prices
Studio booking fees:
$235 = 2 hours (minimum booking)
$350 = Half day rate (up to 4 hours)
$595 = Full day rate (up to 8 hours)
All include cleaning fee
Additional hours charged at $80 p/hr
Studio access provided 15 minutes prior to booking commencement
Optional extras:
$55 sheer white vertical blinds across garage entrance
$50 p/hr set up fee - unless otherwise organised you will find the studio ground floor as per pics 15 & 18
Studio hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Flexible hours are possible if arranged prior, and determined according to likely noise to be generated.
Weekend bookings may be possible if arranged prior and incur an additional 10% surcharge
