About this space
Humdinger's soundproof video production studio was completed in August 2022. The large 15m x 13m studio with a 5m ceiling height provides loads of flexibility for your next production.
The space is acoustically treated and sound proof so no need to stop for the rain or traffic noise which makes the space ideal for:
Interviews
Corporate videos
TVCs
Narrative work
Virtual events
The high ceilings make it possible to build sets, and our lighting grid is accessible from a ladder, making it easy to rig overhead lighting.
Of course, it’s also a great space for photography - big enough to set up multiple backdrops or for shooting big groups of people.
Our favorite feature of the space is our LED wall setup. These high-resolution displays give you a dynamic backdrop for video work like video podcasts, panels, and events, and can even be used in creative ways for narrative work.

GEAR AND CREW HIRE
If you need more than just a space we can also supply lighting, wireless comms, autocue, our 17ft Maxicrane - just about anything you need for a studio shoot, because we're doing it all the time!
They're also very functional, allowing you to display remote talent, visualize data for presentations, interact with live audiences, or just incorporate your branding into the set design.
Prices
Half day: $880
LED Wall: $1100
Lighting rig and lights: $330
All prices are inclusive of GST. 10% surcharge for weekend and out-of-hours bookings. Standard booking hours are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.
Other equipment and crew include: Studio technicians (lighting and LED operation), camera operators sound operators vision switchers, camera crane, camera equipment, audience chairs, staging, teleprompter and more. Prices available on enquiry.
