About this space

An intimate, richly layered photography location inspired by the romance and character of a private Parisian apartment. Created with the same eye for history, atmosphere and authentic European interiors as Appartement 26, it offers a distinctly different setting — quieter, more personal and wonderfully cinematic.

The private salon is filled with antique French furniture, decorative objects, paintings, mirrors, textiles and collected pieces that give the room a sense of history rather than the appearance of a constructed set. Every angle offers another composition, from richly detailed close-ups to wider editorial interiors.

Beyond the salon is a separate bedroom and boudoir, creating a softer and more sensual setting for fashion, portraiture, bridal, lingerie, beauty and editorial photography. Layered fabrics, antique furnishings and warm residential details give the space the feeling of a secluded European apartment — elegant, romantic and slightly unexpected.

French doors lead to a private courtyard garden, extending the location outdoors and providing a beautiful contrast to the interiors. Greenery, aged terracotta, climbing plants and European-inspired garden elements create an intimate backdrop with natural light and a relaxed, timeless quality.

Unlike a conventional studio, Unit 3 has not been designed to look like somewhere else.

It is a real, lived-in interior assembled over years through a love of French antiques, art, architecture and beautiful objects.
