Salted Egg is a contemporary Southeast Asian restaurant built around a bold, flavour-led menu influenced by Thai cooking. Located on level one, the restaurant is reached by a winding golden staircase from the lobby. Its L-shaped layout includes a wrap-around bar facing King Street and can accommodate up to 90 seated guests or 100 standing.

Design
The dining room pairs dark perforated ceilings and mirrored wall panels with curved timber counters and leather-upholstered banquettes. Large windows bring in natural light during the day, while low, focused lighting creates a more intimate setting in the evening.

Features
The restaurant provides full table service and a staffed bar serving cocktails, wine and beer alongside set-menu and à la carte dining. Booth seating, freestanding tables and counter stools allow the space to work for different dining and event formats.
