Time Constraints: Access is limited strictly to the times booked. Setup and pack-up times must be included within the hired duration.
Capacity Limits: The maximum number of people stipulated in the agreement must not be exceeded.
Noise and Hours: Noise levels must not cause disturbance to the surrounding area. Music usually must cease by 10:00 pm or 11:00 pm, depending on the day.
Decorations: Nails, screws, or damaging adhesives are prohibited on walls and floors. Confetti and glitter are often banned.

Cleaning and Waste: The hirer is responsible for leaving the venue clean and tidy, which often includes sweeping/mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and removing all rubbish from the premises.
Safety and Security: Fire exits must remain clear. Security guards may be required for high-risk events (e.g., 18th-21st birthdays) or where alcohol is served.
Electrical Equipment: Any equipment brought in must bear a current test-and-tag sticker.
