Da Guido La Pasta aims to provide a warm and welcoming dining experience for every guest. These policies apply to all guests from the moment you make a booking or enter the venue.
Bookings & Arrivals: Please check your booking confirmation for seating times and durations.
Payments: We do not split bills. One payment is required per table. A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. Credit card payments incur a variable processing fee.
Children & Families: Children under 12 are exempt from set menus and may order from the à la carte menu. Highchairs may be available on request. Prams may be accommodated in limited cases depending on space. Children must be supervised at all times.
Cakes & Decorations: Celebration cakes are welcome by prior arrangement and cakeage may apply. Decorations are allowed with approval. Confetti, glitter, smoke effects, pyrotechnics, and open flames are not permitted.
Venue Rules: This is a seated dining venue. Outside food and beverages are not permitted (except cakes by arrangement). Pets are not permitted inside the venue except registered assistance animals. Guests must keep noise to a reasonable level. Any damage may result in additional charges. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to intoxicated or disruptive guests.
Privacy & CCTV: CCTV operates in parts of the venue for safety. Personal information collected via bookings and enquiries is used to manage reservations and may be shared with trusted booking and payment providers.
Allergies: We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements, however we cannot guarantee an allergen free environment due to cross contamination risks.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are valid for 3 years, redeemable for food and beverages only
