Tucked just off Fitzroy Street in St Kilda, Lucien offers an intimate, European-style cocktail bar perfect for birthdays, corporate gatherings, engagement parties and milestone celebrations.
The space is warm, inviting and effortlessly elegant. Emerald and Mediterranean tones, soft lighting, candle glow, and a long signature bar table with rounded edges designed for conversation. It feels like a late night in Marseille or Barcelona… but you’re still in Melbourne.

Respect for the Space
Guests are expected to treat the venue, furniture, and equipment with care. Any damages may be charged to the host.
Decorations & Set-Up
Light decorations are welcome (balloons, flowers, table décor). Please no confetti, glitter, or open flames (candles) unless pre-approved.
Outside Food & Drinks
No outside food or beverages are permitted unless agreed upon in writing with management. Cakes for celebrations can be arranged by request.
Music & Entertainment
Lucien provides music suited to the atmosphere. DJs or live entertainment can be organised with prior approval. External sound equipment is not permitted without management consent.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
All guests must be 18+ to consume alcohol. Our staff follow RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) guidelines and may refuse service at their discretion.
Timing & Access
Functions must begin and end within the agreed time frame. Early access for set-up or late pack-down must be arranged in advance.
Conduct
We want everyone to have a great night, but we reserve the right to remove any guest behaving inappropriately or causing disruption.
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Noise
Out of respect for our neighbours, noise levels must remain within council guidelines.
