MEC Ballroom Wedding & Event Packages — Melbourne's Largest Multicultural Reception Centre
All MEC Ballroom packages are 4-hour, all-inclusive wedding packages designed for large Indian weddings, Pacific Islander weddings, Filipino weddings, Western weddings, Middle Eastern weddings, Muslim weddings, Sri Lankan, Vietnamese and Afghan weddings, plus major multicultural celebrations. Packages range from $120 to $200 per person, with $150pp our most popular package — including venue hire, full catering, table styling, bridal table setup, cake table and unlimited soft drinks. Add unlimited alcohol packages from $30 per person additional. Children's pricing from $60pp.
Flexible pricing available for off-peak weekday weddings, weekday corporate functions, and large guest counts above 600. Saturdays are premium-priced and book 12–18 months ahead. Sunday weddings and weeknight bookings often qualify for negotiated rates.
