About this space
This recording studio offers a focused and professional environment for audio work and podcasting. At around 120 sqft, it includes acoustic treatment, a comfortable sofa for collaborators, and a complete production setup with a Shure SM7B mic, Universal Audio Apollo x6 interface, and Focal and Yamaha monitoring systems.
The room fits up to 3 people. It is best suited for solo recording, production, voiceover, or small DJ sessions. Please avoid moving furniture without notice. Note that food, drinks, and smoking are not allowed inside.

House rules
* No smoking is allowed inside the building.
* All rubbish must be placed in the large green bin near the entrance.
* Gates automatically close at 6:30 pm. Please exit through the side gate after this time.
Overtime
* Overtime is billed at an additional rate.
* The space must be vacated and all items removed by the end of your booking time.
Cleaning and damages
* A cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate.
* Guests must leave the space in the same condition as they found it.
* All equipment and rentals must be removed within the booking hours.
* No nails, screws, staples, or adhesives may be used on the walls.
* Tape and any backing materials must be fully removed.
* Damages to walls, floors, furniture, or other property will be billed to the card on file with Peerspace.
Furniture
* Please contact us in advance if you need to move any furniture.
Prohibited items and activities
* No glitter or confetti
* No open flames or frying
* No cooking that produces excessive smoke (the space is not ventilated)
