About this space
Our combined production and dance space is a warehouse-style area. It is a high-ceiling venue ideal for creative work, rehearsals, filming, and live sessions. It offers a 4.5m x 4.5m cyclorama, a 5m truss system, modular mirrors, and dimmable LED lighting. It's fitted with studio-grade lights, multiple soft boxes, tripods, and backdrops, plus a JBL Party Box for sound.
The open layout works well for dance classes, shoots, and performance-based events. Capacity is up to 300 people. Minimum booking is 4 hours. Please check ahead if you’ll need specialty gear or rearranging furniture.

House rules
* No smoking is allowed inside the building.
* All rubbish must be placed in the large green bin near the entrance.
* Gates automatically close at 6:30 pm. Please exit through the side gate after this time.
Overtime
* Overtime is billed at an additional rate.
* The space must be vacated and all items removed by the end of your booking time.
Cleaning and damages
* A cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate.
* Guests must leave the space in the same condition as they found it.
* All equipment and rentals must be removed within the booking hours.
* No nails, screws, staples, or adhesives may be used on the walls.
* Tape and any backing materials must be fully removed.
* Damages to walls, floors, furniture, or other property will be billed to the card on file with Peerspace.
Furniture
* Please contact us in advance if you need to move any furniture.
Prohibited items and activities
* No glitter or confetti
* No open flames or frying
* No cooking that produces excessive smoke (the space is not ventilated)
