- Audio Production & Recording Studio available to hire. $90 per day or night for a weekly booking on a 12+ week lease.

- Suitable for Vocalists, Producers, Engineers, Musicians etc looking for a regular space to Write, Record or Mix.

- Rent includes access to gear, instruments & isolated vocal booth. Rooms are acoustically treated with A/C & wifi.

- There is also a monitor & controls in the vocal room so vocalists can easily record themselves. You just need your own laptop to plug in and record on and you’re good to go.

- $40 per hour, 4 hours minimum

- $90 per day (6am-6pm) or night (6pm-6am) for a weekly booking on a 12+ week lease.

- Security deposit, ID & signed agreement required for unstaffed studio hire
