When you connect your laptop and use the camera app to capture the recording, you can change the setting in the camera app to use the camera in the room, but it will still save on your laptop.

Yes. Whilst zero background noise cannot be guaranteed, the Podcast Studio is located away from the main area of the centre, so traffic coming past the room is reduced.
