1. Respect the Venue: Guests must treat all furniture, fixtures and equipment with care. Damage caused by guests may incur additional charges.
2. No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue.
3. Alcohol: Alcohol must be consumed responsibly and in accordance with Victorian liquor laws. BYO alcohol is not permitted without prior approval.
4. Noise & Entertainment: Music, karaoke and entertainment must comply with venue requirements and applicable noise regulations.
5. Guest Capacity: Guest numbers must not exceed the agreed booking capacity without prior management approval.
6. Decorations: Decorations and installations require prior approval. Confetti, glitter, open flames and items that may damage the venue are prohibited without permission.
7. Equipment & Furniture: The LED screen, furniture and other venue equipment must be used appropriately. Do not move or adjust equipment without permission.
8. External Suppliers: Outside catering, entertainers and other suppliers must be approved by management in advance.
9. Restricted Areas: Guests may only access areas included in their booking.
10. Cleanliness: Guests must dispose of rubbish properly and leave the space in a reasonable condition. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges.
11. Guest Conduct: Illegal activities, violence, harassment and dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated. Management may require guests engaging in such behaviour to leave.
12. Event End Time: Events must finish at the agreed time, and guests must vacate the venue promptly unless an extension is approved.
13. Special Requests: Any activities or arrangements outside the agreed booking must be approved by LOFT 91 management in advance.
