The Outdoors layout accommodates up to 150 people and is best for daytime outdoor gatherings, functions, private parties, or intimate DJ events.
It is a standalone outdoor event space with its own bar, sound system, toilets, and furniture, or an additional outdoor area for larger capacity events.

TICKETING + FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT
▪ PLATFORM EXCLUSIVITY All events must be ticketed exclusively through the venue's website. Tickets sold elsewhere are unauthorised and invalid for entry. You'll get backend access to monitor sales in real time. The venue takes no commission on your ticket sales. A $3 booking fee (including GST) applies per ticket, which you can absorb or pass on to the customer.
▪ REVENUE + SETTLEMENT
Financial settlement occurs the week following your event.
▪ SPEND SHORTFALLS
Any shortfall in the minimum bar spend is deducted from your ticket sales before final payout.
▪ PRIVATE FUNCTIONS If your event isn't ticketed, or is a private function, a bond may be required as security for the minimum bar spend.
FOOD + CATERING POLICY
▪ EXTERNAL CATERING
You're welcome to bring in external catering or use our preferred food vendor.
▪ KITCHEN FACILITIES
Our kitchen is a standard residential setup, suitable only for reheating and plating - not cooking. All external food must be cooked off-site beforehand, or supplied via a food truck or food stall (which can set up inside or outside).
▪ BEVERAGES
External liquids and beverages cannot be brought onto the premises under any circumstances.
SEATING + FURNITURE
We provide a mix of tables, chairs, stools, and cosy couches. Our default house setup seats around 120 guests at once - if you need more, you're welcome to hire and bring in additional furniture.
