An open-plan loft with high exposed-beam ceilings and roughed-up timber floor. Large industrial windows deliver strong natural daylight and the interior shows raw, textured surfaces across a broad, flexible floor area.

Room features: Studio lighting, dedicated photo equipment and multiple backdrops support stills and basic motion capture. A PA system with speakers, Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and storage space support playback, crew comfort and gear handling.

Best for: Portrait and fashion photography, editorial and lifestyle shoots, and small-scale video or content production.

Everybody loved the extraordinary eclectic decorations, lots of plants and funky props, the light from the windows is fabulous especially when the sun is out. The central space was perfect to create a circle for our small group of 9 people with extra space to dance and move around in.
The one toilet doesn't have its own sink for washing hands, so the kitchen sink doubles for it. The kitchen is well equipped for crockery and ornate plates but some items like the portable gas stove weren't easy to find. Some of the floorboards are starting to splinter which can catch dancing feet.
