About this space

CV Studios Warehouse is a boutique photo and video studio housed in a large industrial warehouse. The space's defining quality is an expansive, largely column-free floor beneath high exposed ceilings.

Design: The interior is an industrial shell of polished concrete floor, exposed steel rafters and insulated metal roofing. A painted black mezzanine and compact white prep rooms break the open floor into practical zones while natural light comes only from high windows.

Features: The space includes a dedicated waiting and prep area plus a raised mezzanine that can serve as a staging or viewing platform. The venue provides Wi-Fi, a PA system and speakers, and permits own music and external DJs. The ground-level entry is step-free to ease loading of kit and access for guests.

Ideal for: Production crews and creative teams seeking a technical, flexible industrial workspace for equipment-heavy shoots, fittings and rehearsals.

What sets it apart: The venue has an on-site production lighting inventory including 200W–3000W heads, LED RGB fixtures, spotlights, diffusers and a selection of colour backdrops for professional shoots.
