This expansive warehouse offers over 530 square meters of blank canvas space, exuding an authentic industrial vibe—perfect for bringing any creative vision to life. Ideal for corporate events, lookbooks, online catalogues, castings, music videos, and countless other large-scale productions that require an open, flexible environment.

The rental includes optional backdrop rolls in various colors, as well as access to a full suite of professional equipment (lighting is available at an additional cost, depending on your specific needs—see list below).

The standard hire rate is $230/hour for use of the entire venue. However, if you only require part of the space—such as the background paper rolls area—we’re happy to provide a custom rate tailored to your needs.
