Nice setting

Nothing was prepared and setup as per previous communication with Malwina so upon arrival there was a lot of confusion, even after we paid a 250 pound booking fee for 25 guests. Dissapointing.

please note we were in the blue room not Pink Start was 9.00 for 9.30 start but set up was was from 8.15 onwards which the venue was not prepared for. Not all the information was passed down to reception staff for actions to be completed post start time but that was resolved quickly

The staff were all without exception professional, kind and helpful. Many guests remarked on the beauty of the setting and the venue itself and didn't know about it. Also surprisingly good travel links DLR and Emirates Cable Car. The food and wine was very much appreciated too. Also things were kept simple and straightforward - not too complicated and overwhelming - easier to make good decisions. Good VFM.
