lovely venue, welcoming staff and very responsive during planning process
not much to dislike as was great!
The ambiance of the venue, tranquil and calm. The scenery from the windows Pleasant and helpful staff
Room temperature was difficult to regulate Needed to call hotel staff to remind them refill water bottles during lunch Carribean buffet had very few choice options, soup was cold and we needed to ask for it to be heated, vegan options were not labelled to identify them we had to ask. Twice the coffee machine stopped dispensing we needed to ask for this to be checked, it needed it's tray emptying and then ran out of coffee beans
Overall service and location was very good.
Did not have the technology to facilitate people virtually.
Space was perfect for my training event, very nicely set- up. Nice water side view as well.
