Staff at the venue were consistently lovely and responsive, the room is beautiful and easy to personalise with basic decorations, and the food was excellent! I asked for a bespoke finger food buffet that accommodated a pretty big range of allergies and preferences (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and nut-free) and the chef came up with delicious options that even the omnivores were happy with. I also pre-ordered mocktails as welcome drinks for guests who weren't drinking alcohol and those too were delicious. Everybody had a fantastic time, myself included - highly recommend! As the venue profile clearly notes, the Jig Room is accessed by two flights of stairs with no lift and isn't suitable for anyone who cannot climb stairs, but we had two young guests in buggies and the parents were easily able to carry the buggy upstairs.
