Host rules
- Pets are welcome, ensuring a comfortable stay for your entire family.
- All guests are allowed to park in front of the house where there is plenty of street parking.
- No smoking is allowed inside or outside the property please note failure to adhere to the rule will result in a fine.
- Unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum number of unregistered visitors is 4 people.
- No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room, kitchen, outside, and basement are the only prohibited areas for eating.
- Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests.
- Wash the dishes, take all sheets off the bed, and throw out the garbage in the backyard before checkout.
