Spanning approximately 3,000 square feet across three floors, the property accommodates up to 100 guests and is available for exclusive hire, including its two outdoor patios.

The main floor features an entrance hall, a living room with a fireplace and tall arched windows, and a family room connected to a fully equipped kitchen. The interconnected rooms allow guests to move between different gathering areas and out onto the brick rear patio. A separate shaded side patio with café tables provides an additional outdoor space for smaller groups and conversations.

The upper floor includes two private offices with standing desks and monitors, suitable for meetings, interviews, and individual work sessions. Downstairs, a media studio is equipped with microphones, cameras, lighting, and acoustic treatment for podcasts and interviews, accommodating groups of up to 10 people.

The property also offers eight distinct photography and filming settings, with natural light and a variety of interior backdrops for editorial shoots, brand campaigns, portraits, and video productions.

For private events, guests have access to a caterer-ready kitchen stocked with plates, cutlery, serving utensils, chafing dishes, and canned heat.
