- No Decorations That Damage the Space: Let's keep our space pristine. Please refrain from using decorations that could cause damage to our property.
- Zero Tolerance for Illegal Drugs: Our space is a drug-free zone. Any illegal drug use will not be tolerated.
- Respectful Noise Levels: Be mindful of our neighbors. Avoid playing loud music that can be heard from 50 feet away on all sides of the house.
- Proper Trash Disposal: Help us keep our space clean. Please dispose of all trash in the designated outside bins before leaving.
- Lights Off When You Exit: Save energy and ensure security. Please turn off all lights before leaving the premises.
- Secure the House: Safety first. Make sure all doors are locked and the alarm system is activated upon exiting the house.
