About this space

A place to meet clients or a quiet space to get work done — by the hour or the day.

When renting an office, we provide on-site receptionists who greet your guests and support your administrative needs.

This furnished private office includes an adjustable (sit/stand) desk, an office chair, and two guest chairs. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, along with phone and conference call/speaker capabilities.

Our space is available on the weekends and in the evenings — however, an after-hours fob is required to enter the building, elevator, and suite. Pricing: $30/fob. Please arrange directly with the Intelligent Office staff to pick up your fob during business hours (M–F, 8:30AM–5:30PM), prior to your after-hours meeting.
