The Apache meeting room is the perfect choice for small, intimate meetings. This 4-person meeting room is equipped with all the latest technology and amenities to ensure a productive and comfortable meeting experience.
Inside the room, you'll find a large, connected PC and viewing monitor that allows you to easily access your meeting links and emails. The room also has a public Wi-Fi connection with speeds of up to 250 Mbps, ensuring a fast and reliable internet connection.
The meeting room is designed with privacy in mind, featuring soundproofing and insulation, as well as privacy glass. The smart camera system allows for easy video conferencing with colleagues or clients, whether they are in the room with you or remote.
As a guest of the Apache meeting room, you'll have access to covered garage parking, a fully equipped kitchen, an honor bar, and a complimentary coffee and tea bar. Weather permitting, you can also take advantage of our balcony, which provides a peaceful outdoor setting for breaks or casual conversations.

We hope you enjoy the Conference Rooms and Event Spaces at Venture X. We strive to
make the facility the best place for everyone. To make this possible, we ask that you read the
key points from our “Terms of Use” and follow our very simple, ethical, and common
standards.
- Place rinse out all dishes left in sink. Venture X staff will load/run the dishwasher throughout the day.
- Visiting children must be mannerly and always accompanied by an adult.
- Do not solicit other members or guests.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the building or on the property. This includes the parking areas.
- Venture X hosts events for Members. Please note that during some of these events we will serve alcoholic beverages. It is at the discretion of the member to know their company policies regarding consumption of alcohol while on the premises.
- We ask that all member dress in workplace appropriate clothing.
- Please do not take phone calls in the hallways we have phone booths available if needed.
Respect: Venture X members must be highly respectful of their other Venture Xer’s. We are a professional workspace, where many companies are developing private and secure work. In order to keep the culture trustworthy, we ask that if you see someone’s monitor, white/black board drawings, or copies to keep it to yourself, and erase it from memory. Follow the simple golden rule.
Volume Control: At Venture X you are welcome to use your phone at your desk, however we have provided with alternative areas for more privacy. These areas include, but not limited to, the phone booth couches, the outside seating area, as well as the conference rooms.
Pets: We love our furry friends too, but please keep them at home. Due to allergies and other liability issues, we ask that you do not bring them to Venture X.
Liability: Every person who uses Venture X Services and comes on the Venture X premises is liable for his or her own belongings, actions, and materials.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
