About this space
Two rooms of the 1712 Studios warehouse in Sodo: the Main Hall plus your pick of the Speakeasy upstairs or the Back Venue. Use the Main Hall for dinner and dancing and the second room for cocktails, a lounge, a photo setup, the kids, or the food truck line. Guests get a night that moves between two rooms instead of one hall where everything happens in the same spot. Double height ceilings, raw brick, a Mackie sound system with subwoofers, a DJ booth, a 110 inch screen, WiFi, a dressing room, tables and 80 chairs, a bar area with fridge and prep sink, private entrance with garage door load in, four private parking spots. Up to 250 guests.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday it runs as a six hour package with two licensed bartenders and two security guards, one per room, already in the price. Monday to Thursday it goes by the hour with no bar, two hour minimum. You bring your own alcohol under a Washington banquet permit and our bartenders pour it. Any caterer or food truck, no vendor list, no minimum. Open as late as 2am every night. Saturday and Sunday open at 4:30pm.
