About this space

The whole 1712 Studios building, 6,000 sq ft of warehouse in Sodo, three rooms and nobody else in it. The Main Hall for the ceremony, the dinner or the show. The Speakeasy upstairs for cocktails and the quiet conversation. The Back Venue for the dance floor, the late night part, the band or the food trucks. Your guests move through three acts instead of sitting in one room all night. Double height ceilings, raw brick, a Mackie sound system with subwoofers, a DJ booth, a 110 inch screen, WiFi, a dressing room, tables and 80 chairs, a bar area with fridge and prep sink, private entrance with garage door load in, four private parking spots and free street parking. Up to 300 guests.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday it runs as a six hour package with two licensed bartenders and three security guards, one in every room, already in the price. Monday to Thursday it goes by the hour with no bar, two hour minimum, for productions, markets, conferences and pop ups. You bring your own alcohol under a Washington banquet permit and our bartenders pour it. Any caterer or food truck, no vendor list, no minimum. Open as late as 2am every night. Saturday and Sunday open at 4:30pm.
