Room features: Production teams can stage lit stills and video shoots using supplied lighting and photo equipment and interchangeable backdrops, run audio through an on-site PA system, and remain connected via venue Wi‑Fi.
Best for: Portrait and product photography, small-scale video shoots, and podcast or voiceover recording are the most appropriate productions for this space.

Birthday Party Offers
The hourly rent of our venue for parties of up to 50 guests is $100/hour.
Half-day rental for your event (4 hours) will cost $400.
Full-day rental for your event (8 hours) will cost $800.
Entire day rental for your event (15 hours) will cost $1,500.

The reschedule fee is 25% of the Renter's total.
You will have up to 7 days before your appointment to change the day/time or reschedule.
You can have access to all studios during your rental time.
The following items are complimentary: backdrops, a backdrop stand, chairs, LED lighting on the wall, and a Bluetooth speaker.
You must provide your own photographer.
There is a $50 charge for overtime into another client’s rental time.
No vaping/smoking is allowed inside the venue.
Non-flammable sources are allowed. Meaning it must come from a fog machine plugged into the wall.
No firecrackers, smoke bombs, etc.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
