If you are a photographer, videographer, film producer, or drone pilot in need of an outdoor shooting venue or backlot, I have the perfect spot for you.

Or, maybe you need a place for a birthday party, anniversary, company picnic, small informal wedding, bachelor party or any kind of celebration you can imagine for up to 50 people.

Perfect for any photographer looking for a great location for family or individual portrait shoots. We have set up a number of sets and props on the property that are yours to use as part of the rental. You will find our place to be very quiet, peaceful, and very private. We are pet friendly (including horses).

This is the backlot of our video production facility, so if you are a drone photographer looking to test out a new piece of equipment come rent our property to practice your piloting skills.

We have a large barn-like building with a main hall, kitchen, bathroom, and large outdoor deck (we just increased the covered deck since the view from it is awesome)- see the photos for specific details on how our venue can be used.

The epic Mancave is part of the epic Creative Co-Op, so in addition to our facility, we have several other studios and galleries on-site for events of all kinds.

Host rules

- WiFi - Our WiFi Password will be given to you upon arrival. Do not change the login or security information. The use of the internet is not a right and can be terminated if misused.
- Parking - You may use the blacktop driveway to unload and load your vehicle - please do not park on this driveway as it is a fire lane. Please have your guests park in the lot in front of the blue building.
- Toilet - Our septic system is very delicate and can easily clog (septic plumbers are very expensive). Please tell your guests not to flush anything down the drain that is not toilet paper or natural waste. This includes flushable wipes, feminine hygiene items, wipes, paper towels, or trash.
- Rental Period - Your rental time will start when you enter the epic Mancave, and end when your last guest leaves. If there is any dispute to these times, we will reference the security cameras which are in the public areas of our property.
- Outdoor Amenities - I have provided horseshoes, frisbee, and corn hole bags available for your use while on the property. The tenant is responsible for storing the outdoor amenities where they were at the start of the rental. Please follow all standard safety precautions while using any outdoor amenities. Owners are not to be liable for any transport of any outdoor amenities, nor any damages caused or incurred by you or your guests during the use of any outdoor amenities.
- Smoking/Vaping - there is no smoking in the building, but you may smoke on the outdoor deck or anywhere outside. Please do not litter with your cigarette buts (don’t flush them down the toilet). You will be billed for the complete cleaning and deodorizing of smoke and vape odor.
- Alcohol - Please follow all state regulations concerning the use of Alcohol.
- Noise - Noise is not an issue here as we have no neighbors. Please do not use this as an excuse to act in any way you would not act in your own home.
- Fire - You may make a fire in the chimenea.

This spot features a large barn-like workshop area that can easily accommodate 50 seated guests. Perfect for all kinds of parties, workshops, game day events, BBQs, crawfish boils, fashion shows, bachelor parties, birthdays, anniversaries, and even informal weddings!

The workshop area can be used for a variety of functions and is often used for video and photo shoots. For those who enjoy Karaoke, we even have a disco balcony above the dance floor.

The kitchen area features a movable island bar, and a 65" TV, and connects to a 50' outdoor deck that looks over the 3-acre backyard. An ADA bathroom is just off the kitchen.

Cook your own food, or have it catered in. There are many great nearby food choices - we are just 10 minutes from the Woodlands Mall, and 5 minutes off I-45.

Outside you will find two fire pits, several picnic tables (one that seats 24), a summer kitchen with a smoker, with a kitchen sink. The parking lot easily holds 50 cars, and the entire property is quite private - don't worry about making noise, we have no neighbors!
