Le Loft is a timber‑floored loft venue defined by its large multi‑pane windows that flood the interior with natural light.
Design: The interior has high ceilings, wide‑plank wooden floors and a neutral palette punctuated by mid‑century furniture and area rugs that create distinct seating zones. The proportions are open and airy with simple white walls and warm wood finishes.
Features: The venue includes Wi‑Fi, an in‑room PA system and speakers, and permission to play your own music or bring a DJ. The layout is open‑plan with movable seating, sofas and coffee tables that create separate zones for activities and socialising.

Host rules
-No confetti or glitter. If you use glitter in any decorations, including balloons, the fee is $300
-No open flames - all candles have to be contained in deep containers.
-No smoking or vaping inside the space. The fee for smoking is $300.
-Failure to return the key to the appropriate lockbox will result in a $100 fee
-No pets allowed.
-No recreational use of outdoor fire escape, or blocked off areas.
-Setup and teardown time are included within the time of your reservation. Please plan accordingly. Time over booking will be billed at $100 per additional 30 minutes.
-Furniture must be moved back to where you found it. Failure to reset large furniture pieces will result in a $100 fee.
-DO NOT enter our connecting East Side space using the barn doors in the back. This area is monitored. If you do so, you will be charged a $1,000 fee.
-All trash must be collected inside lined garbage cans provided.
-DJ’s are only allowed upon approval, please inquire for more info.
-Front door must be locked upon departure from the space.
-Leave our plant babies alone.
