All social events at residential spaces must start prior to 9:00 pm and end no later than 12:00 am (local time), inclusive of set-up and clean-up time.
Large events require hired security.
Clean-up and return the space to original state.
Your setup and clean-up should be done within the rental time, not coming in before and staying late.
Extra fees apply when staying past booked time.
Furniture can be moved by the host upon request.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
