About this space

The Garden is a semi-private outdoor space at Namastate of Mind, an enclosed courtyard defined by a tall planted wall that creates a sheltered outdoor practice area.

Design: The space has an artificial-turf floor, compact proportions and an open sky above; timber-clad curved screening, hanging-chair seating and strand lights create an intimate urban-courtyard look.

Features: The space provides Wi‑Fi, a PA system and allowance for own music or a hired DJ. The space is step-free with wheelchair access and accessible toilets nearby. The space lists air conditioning among its amenities and is subject to a noise-restriction policy.

Ideal for: Independent wellness instructors and small groups seeking relaxed, movement-focused sessions or informal social meet-ups.

What guests say: The studio space is calming, clean and welcoming, and outdoor sessions form part of the studio programme.
