About this space

The room is a formal period drawing room with generous proportions, hardwood floors, arched openings and upper windows that admit natural light into a high‑ceilinged space. A central staircase and an open plan create a clear flow to adjacent rooms.

Room features: The room is equipped for presentation-led events using an installed projector, a flatscreen TV and a PA system with speakers.

Best for: Networking receptions and informal gatherings that benefit from an open, flexible period room.

What sets it apart: A standout feature is the carved columns and an intricately patterned ceiling that preserve the house's original period detailing.
