• Even 1 minute past the booking end time may result in an overtime charge.
• Setup and clean-up must be completed within the booked time.
• All personal items, equipment, and rentals must be removed before the booking ends.
• Guests must tidy the space after use.
• Furniture may be moved within the studio but must be returned to its original position.
• Furniture must not be moved outside the studio.
• Wall art may be removed but must be returned after the booking.
• Do not use tape, sticky tack, nails, screws, staples, or other items that could damage the walls.
• Guests are responsible for damage to walls, floors, furniture, or equipment.
• Backdrops must only be changed by a studio manager.
• No smoking is permitted in the studio or building.
• No confetti or glitter; additional cleaning fees may apply.
• Smoke machines are allowed.
• All ages are permitted.
• No nudity is allowed.
• Production insurance is not required.
• Security cameras are located near studio entrances and in hallways.
• Recording devices are not permitted in bathrooms or dressing rooms.
